Connect, Reflect, Grow

The collection of Connect, Reflect, Grow programs have been designed by me with people and context in mind. They are opportunities to work with peers, to learn from others, and to create something special in a together-way. Through regular, facilitated online meetings, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from pre-designed content as well as from your new network through reflection and dialogue. I truly believe these to be spaces of growth and I look forward to joining you in this experience.

Sarah Louise’s career highlights have included presenting her research and practice at early childhood conferences across Australia; being a finalist for the Outstanding Leadership Awards 2020: Future Leader category; writing for Australian publication; and being the recipient of the ACEL New Voice in Early Childhood Scholarship for 2020.

TESTIMONIALS

For the past six months, Sarah Louise has been my professional learning mentor. Sarah Louise has patiently listened to, supported and unpacked my role as an Educational Leader in an LDC setting. There is no judgement or direction to meet deadlines for assigned tasks; instead, Sarah Louise offers different perspectives and viewpoints and a gentle push to drive personal critical and reflective thinking. I highly recommend Sarah Louise as a mentor.
